Hampton's Style Home with beachy accents

For well over a year, I've been following home stylist Jacqui Grant of @east_coast_living on Instagram.
As you can see here, she has the most beautiful Hampton style home.

Hampton's style is defined by casual, relaxed beach living but created in a classic and very sophisticated way. The look is bright and breezy, plenty of natural daylight with discreet window treatments to really let the light pour in and Jacqui has certainly accomplished this.
Isn't the master bedroom inviting?
Jacqui has created a beautiful home showcasing both old and new, and in this post, I'm sharing parts of the old home, and all those beautiful coastal vintage style vignettes & personal touches that create a home.
Once a miner's cottage, you can see here that Jacqui has kept the original fireplace and gorgeous stain glass windows and incorporated these into the new renovation.
I love the addition of this stain glass window in the kitchen. Perfect for a seaside home.
The living room is dotted with a wicker chair & basket, and some very cool Hawaiian beachy accents
Recycled timber tray is a great addition on the coffee table.
Jacqui is the queen of finding roadside finds and turning them into fabulous pieces of decor like this old guitar. Doesn't it look fabulous painted blue and with a palm tree?
And some more lovely beachy accents.
She also loves to collect and include things that nature provides us - driftwood, shells & lots of plants.
I thought the palm trees picture was wall paper. It is actually a wall hanging.
Looks great as a backdrop doesn't it?
And there are lots of nautical touches with many of them in coastal colours including these fabulous oars painted exclusively by Oars Galore - check out the range on our website
(we are their online distributors)
One of our old lobster pot buoys from Maine hangs in her garden by the pool.
And a fabulous giant clam shell filled with vintage glass floats.
The pool area is so inviting isn't it?
Decorated in a very stylish and relaxed way.
I have to say the anchor hooks are a favourite and perfect for the pool area.

Thank you for sharing your home Jacqui.

You can see more of Jacqui's beautiful home over on her website. Do take a peep as there are some beautiful pan out shots of the rooms:

and until next time, lover of the sea

and all things coastal vintage
